A Christmas Bauble Step By Step Using DooHickeys

Today to share is one of the projects I made for the Christmas Edition of the Magnolia DooHickey which is out now..
Here is my step by step on how I made this Christmas Bauble
Step 1
Using the Snowflake DooHickey Cut out 6 times

Using a 4cm diameter
Polystyrene ball, adhere each snowflake evenly and allow to dry.

Step 3
Paint the whole ball using Gesso and dry thoroughly.
Step 4
Once dried paint with Vintage Chalk paint and
again wait until it has dried then apply a thin layer of wax.

Add pearls to the center of each snowflake and
smaller pearls to the points.

Step 6
For the Christmas Fern
using the long DooHickey Die, cut out with green cardstock and run a small
amount of glue along the straight edge

Step 7
Now twist from the top all along the straight
edge and you should have a fern branch.

Step 8
Cut out flowers with flower die and add
berries and decorate bauble with foliage.

Add Seam Binding to hang and a decorative
embellishment in bottom.
