TERMS

The terms and conditions without prior notice subject to change and therefore it is recommended the customer to take advantage of them at every purchase.

ORDER:

You can NOT make any changes in your order after you have sent it to us. We are not able to ad or remove items or change the amount of the products when the order is in our system. If you want to make changes to your order you have to make a new order with the new products you want or make a whole new order and ask us to remove the first one.

PAYMENT:

We accept VISA & Master card.

All the orders will be charge in Swedish crowns (SEK)

The money is deducted from your card as soon as we receive your order.

We work with an authorized card payment processor that handles all card details, no card details are handled by us.

Of course, the transmission is encrypted and we have support for 3D-secure, all for customer safety.

SHIPMENT:

All the orders ships with Swedish Post Office.

All orders are will be charge with 45:- SEK in shipping costs.

Once we have handed over the consignment to the record passes all responsibility to the customer. We will not replace packages that have been lost in the mail.

DELIVERY TIME:

Our goal is that the client will receive delivery in 4-6 working days. The delivery time may vary depending on the amount of orders to process and circumstances which Magnolias control.

We apply the 14-day withdrawal taking effect from the date you received your order. The only requirement is that the item will be back in the original condition that it is unused and all tags are still there.

DAMAGE:

Is your parcel damaged, you should immediately report it to the nearest post office / delivery.

MAGNOLIA STAMP CLUB:

Since the Month Club is a surprise package, there is no cancellation rights.

NOTE:

All the stamps are Ez-mounted

All images from Magnolia is hand drawn by me, Pauline Bertilsson, and is protected by

copyright. I reserve all rights to my illustrations.

My works are intended for your personal use and you are NOT permitted to redistribute

any of my illustrations, except for as demonstration photos of your finished projects.

That´s including copying or duplicating (electronically or mechanically, meaning with computers, by

hand or copy machines), lending, sharing, reselling or putting them online (as pinterest, etc).

You are, however, permitted to make and sell individually (hand-stamped, painted with waterproof

paint) cards and projects that you are creating using Magnolia stamps.

I DO NOT allow you to sell our stamps on auctions like Tradera, eBay, etc.

It does NOT apply if you have a registered company.

FORCE MAJEURE (ALL CUSTOMERS)

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement during any period in which such performance is delayed by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as fire, flood, war, strike, riot, or the intervention of any governmental authority. In such event, however, the delayed party must promptly provide the other party with written notice of the Force Majeure. The delayed party’s time for performance will be excused for the duration of the Force Majeure, but if the Force Majeure event lasts longer than 30 days, then the other party may immediately terminate, in whole or in part, this Agreement by giving written notice to the delayed party.
